Learn from Stacey and the Mon Cre team! From classic bakes to seasonal specials, there’s a wide variety of lessons that change monthly.
We've taught thousands of people over the years how to bake authentic British sweets, using local ingredients. At teatime in class we also share all about the history and culture behind these widely loved treats.
No joining fees, just book a class on our online shop and come with your apron!

Our baking lessons are held in the same space, and so we are not open as a bakery every day.
